Not two, one, I changed my mind, but for whatever reason I can't change the title. UPDATED will fit regular to large/bridged horses. Fits moderate to mild dished Arabians.

I felt like trying this for fun. I took these pictures for references, but I'm sharing my very flawed project pictures. Whirli is being my tortured model today. Also uploaded a reinless bosal, as requested. These guys would have made their debut in a XC show, but I failed at getting my entries in and so on and so forth. I have several other meshes.. butttt they need re-mapped since the textures show up unrealistically. So just three lonely jumps for now. Note, the oxer is too big for the default jump animation, your horse will go through the second log. (aimed for poses)The other two jumps are a decent height, so the default animation clears them no problem.
They're also floating because they're on the side of a hill.. And Im thinking about making a foal crop, exciting stuff. Besides making content, I've been making equine photo manipulations since 2009? (some are awful, some arent) I just started up making a few again, since I stopped back in December. This is one of my recent ones, it's here on my DA. :D Yeah.. this would make an interesting layout..too bad it doesn't fit sims stables whatsoever.
As far as cc, I made a few cross country jumps and fixed the circular dog jump. I need to get to the registry apps(soon), and breeding requests whenever I manage to open up the game. Um.. I think that's it? I'm not super active lately, and recently decided to withdraw an entry from a show. Could not make a decent entry for whatever reason. Anyone else have other art related hobbies? And I thank Kaleeko for her tutorials, because they've actually made a big helpful difference in photo manips, not just editing sim screenshots. So while I take a break from cc, I'm moving my stables over to it's third world. I made it a while ago, and haven't used it, so now I'm working on it. So far I made the main lot(and i'm so awful at building...) I'm also retiring horses I don't use much. Considering they're 7-8 months old, which is a long time for pixel ponies. They've had a lot of foals. I also made a marwari, because I love them, and had to have one. At the moment I don't feel super motivated to make or work on any horse cc. I feel like my stuff is second best. Metaphorically speaking. And not really wanted all that much. So I'll probably start working on completing the dog agility set at some point. Maybe do a foal crop, considering how infrequently I manage to do any. And entering more competitions, to try to earn my horses some points. I also draw stuff, really rarely, but I would love to finally come up with a way of coloring that I like. And I'm starting my Equine Science class monday, hooray! And I have no fun pictures. So I'll share what I saw driving down the highway today. Which completely baffled my sister and I when we were working. Yup, a giant potato. The image belongs to wadafarms.com Stupid saddle has been problem solved. All that's left is smoothing out the small kinks.(and fixing up the texture) So far I haven't experienced any real problems with it. It even works on reallyyy tiny ponies too, without any distortion. I also made a pad to go with it :] The dog stuff is going to come along slowly, since it isn't as popular and in demand as horse content. And oh hey, a new layout. Guess what I pulled off like eight months later? A freaking saddle. By far the hardest piece of tack to texture. Although the easiest to joint. Anyways the saddle in the works it's basic, has 3 channels, and only has minor things i'm going to fix tomorrow..? If anyone looked at my mesh you'd think I failed ultimately. So the saddle doesn't fit with pads very well since it's actually placed in the appropriate spot, not mid back..and the texture isn't super detailed and amazing either. It's been tweaked so many times i'm surprised it looks like a saddle. It will probably be available soon..? And is anyone willing to test things for me? I appear to miss things more than I'd like to, and have to go back and fix them. |
